Description: This one of a series of photos featuring local sustainable fashion designer's work taken at a photo shoot I was invited to participate in at the last minute. The day was a little chaotic as the original event for showcasing these pieces was canceled. It was a joy and a privilege to be part of a small group of photographers at this shoot. There was a great feeling of folks coming together to make the best of the situation. A community of photographers came together to help a community of fashion designers.  
Shot on 35mm film with a Nikon F2 AS camera using a Nikon SB -11 flash. I love the process of working with this vintage equipment from the 1970's and 1980's as well as how durable it is. This allows me to continue the long life of this gear and not buy newer equipment which tends to have a much shorter life span and be less repairable.
