Welcome into a chapter of my story. Embellish in a moment of time and reflect with me on the power of a Granny's Crib. A reflection of love, unity, peace, and change. So much happened on this block before the levees broke. I remember seeing my cousins pull up on their bikes, flying a kite in the field across the tracks. Watching my big cousins work on cars, count money, and flash gold teeth. This truly was the ideal place.
