About the Event
Join us for "Art is Activism," an art show celebrating freedom and resilience through the eyes of local artists.
"Art is Activism: No Idle Spectators" is an art show celebrating freedom and resilience through the eyes of local artists, featuring works from over 30 artists inspired by the theme of “No Idle Spectators.” This event amplifies the stories and interpretation of activism through art, inspired by the art activism of the late Congresswoman Barbara Jordan. This evening underscores the influential role of art as it intersects with policy and activism, showcasing creativity as a tool for change.
This event is hosted in partnership with RichesArt Gallery
