I’ve chased money my whole life. I thought that was the answer to my problems. I thought that was what my family needed from me, but then I realized, there’s “always gon be a bigger house somewhere, a whip that’s better than the one you got, some clothes that’s fresher than the ones your rock, but you ain’t never gon be happy til you, love yours”The other piece “by my hands” in a way is a play on to pimp a butterfly
